The Kano State chapter of the Nationwide Coalition of the Northern Youth Meeting (Majalisar Matasa Arewa) has carried out its election, introducing a brand new management to handle points affecting younger individuals within the area.
The election, held on January 4, 2024, was supervised by Amb. Ibrahim Waiya, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, alongside Dr. Hafiz Garba, Nationwide Secretary, and Comrade Mohammed Hussaini Bauchi, Nationwide Assistant Publicity Secretary.
Talking on the peaceable and clear conduct of the election, Amb. Waiya remarked, “This election is a testomony to the Meeting’s dedication to unity and the empowerment of younger leaders in Northern Nigeria.”
The newly elected leaders embrace Comrade Yusuf Nuhu as Chairman, Mashkura Abubakar Hassan as Vice Chairperson, and Amb. Nworisa Michael as Secretary, amongst others. The workforce has pledged to deal with youth empowerment and tackle points similar to training, employment, and healthcare.
In his acceptance speech, Comrade Yusuf Nuhu acknowledged, “We’re devoted to amplifying the voices of younger individuals and fostering their lively participation in shaping the way forward for Kano State and the Northern area as a complete.”
Amb. Nworisa Michael added, “Our purpose is to make sure that each younger particular person has a platform to contribute to the event of our area. Collectively, we are going to obtain nice issues.”
