The Delta State Police Command on Thursday confirmed the arrest of a 30-year-old man, Daniel Onyejekwe, for allegedly stabbing his neighbour recognized as Christian, to loss of life throughout a battle over rice.
New Telegraph gathered that the incident occurred on Wednesday, January 1 within the Ogwanja space of Sapele, Delta State, following an argument that escalated right into a deadly altercation.
In keeping with a report, the altercation began when rice was being shared alongside Boyo Highway in Ogwanja resulting in a bodily battle.
