A hearth outbreak has razed a number of buildings used as outlets for auto spare components with items value thousands and thousands of naira destroyed on the common Ebute-Ero Below-bridge Market.
The Lagos State Fireplace and Rescue Service Director, Margaret Adeseye who disclosed this stated the hearth occurred close to the Police Station adjoining to Carter Bridge, Lagos Island,
In keeping with her, the hearth which ranted in a single day, was prevented from spreading past its level of origin because of the swift response of Lagos firefighters from the Ebute Elefun, Dolphin, Sari-Iganmu, and Alausa stations.

“Whereas the hearth has been extinguished, it resulted within the lack of a number of lock-up outlets inside the bungalow buildings that commerce in varied instruments and kitchenware.
“Because the operation winds down with mop-up train, an enumeration is ongoing to find out the variety of outlets affected and the estimated worth of the losses incurred.
The investigation to uncover the precise explanation for the hearth can be being carried out,” the assertion partly wrote.
